Welcome to VYRA, an online brand specializing in Silver Plated 316L Jewelry. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Eligibility

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or resale activity.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Chargeback Protection
Customers agree to contact support@vyra-egy.com before initiating any chargeback.
False chargeback claims constitute fraud. We reserve the right to submit delivery confirmation, IP logs, and payment records as evidence.
Accounts involved in abusive chargebacks may be permanently banned.
5. Prepaid & COD Policy
Prepaid orders are processed immediately.
COD customers agree to accept and pay upon delivery. Repeated refusal may result in account restriction and prepaid-only requirement.
6. Anti-Reseller Policy
Products are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or bulk purchasing for commercial purposes is prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious bulk orders.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, courier disruptions, cyber incidents, or supply chain interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
VYRA’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.
