Refund policy
At VYRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for return:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Original packaging must be included
• Item must not show scratches, bending, resizing, perfume, chemical, or water damage
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or engraved items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Required:
• Clear unboxing video (continuous recording)
• Clear photos of the issue
• Order number
Claims without proper evidence may be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping.
If the return is for personal reasons, the customer bears shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet only.
6. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to reject returns or block accounts in cases of excessive returns, suspicious claims, or policy abuse.
7. Product Warranty (1 Year)
All VYRA jewelry products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the delivery date against manufacturing defects only.
This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or structural defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, environmental exposure, or external factors.
The warranty will be considered void and non-applicable in any of the following cases:
• Exposure to alcohol, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, detergents, cleaning agents, or any chemical substances
• Contact with water, humidity, sweat, or improper storage conditions
• Scratches, bending, deformation, dents, breakage, or any physical damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, pressure, or improper handling
• Discoloration, oxidation, fading, or plating wear resulting from environmental exposure or improper care
• Any repair, resizing, polishing, plating, or modification performed by a third party
• Improper cleaning methods or the use of abrasive materials
• Loss or theft of the product or any of its components
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a valid warranty claim, the customer must provide all of the following:
• The original product
• The original jewelry box
• The warranty card included with the product
• The original shipping waybill containing the customer name and phone number, which serves as the purchase invoice
The warranty card, packaging, and product must be presented in their original condition and must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.
If any of the required items are missing, incomplete, altered, or inconsistent with the original order details, VYRA reserves the right to reject the warranty claim.
Claim Verification Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by the VYRA quality control team.
Customers may be required to submit clear photos or videos before shipping the product for inspection.
Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval until the inspection process is completed and verified by VYRA.
Warranty Resolution
If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, VYRA may, at its sole discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product with the same item
• Replace it with a similar product of equal value if the original item is no longer available
Minor cosmetic differences in replacement items may occur and do not qualify for further claims or replacements.
Shipping Responsibility
For all warranty claims, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions, including sending the product to VYRA and receiving it after repair or replacement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Replacement Limitation
Each product is eligible for one warranty repair or replacement only during the entire warranty period.
Any subsequent issues with a repaired or replaced item will be evaluated individually and are not automatically covered under warranty.
The warranty period does not restart, renew, or extend after any repair or replacement and always remains based on the original delivery date.
Claim Timeframe
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 1-year warranty period. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Fraud & Policy Abuse
VYRA reserves the right to refuse warranty service, reject claims, cancel orders, or permanently block customer accounts in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation of evidence, repeated suspicious claims, or abuse of the return and warranty policies.
False, misleading, or unsupported claims may result in permanent denial of warranty service.
