Shipping policy
At VYRA, we aim to deliver your Silver Plated 316L Jewelry safely and on time across Egypt.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
The day the order is placed is NOT counted as a shipping day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days starting from the first business day after order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location or courier workload.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
By selecting COD, you agree to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.
Refusing delivery without valid reason may result in:
• Removal of COD option for future orders
• Requirement of prepaid payment
• Account restriction
Shipping costs for refused COD shipments remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
6. Delivery Delays
VYRA is not liable for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photo or video evidence.
